Avatar SDK Move Is Live in Beta: Text-to-Animation for 3D Avatars

Avatar SDK Move — create 3D avatar animations from a text prompt

Avatar SDK Move is now available in open beta. Move is our AI text-to-animation engine: type a plain-language prompt — “walk confidently,” “wave to the crowd,” “perform a hip-hop dance” — and it generates a ready-to-use 3D animation for your avatar in seconds. You can try it today inside MetaPerson Creator.

From a text prompt to a 3D animation in seconds

Move turns natural language into motion — no motion capture, no manual keyframing. It handles both everyday locomotion like walking and running and more expressive movements such as gestures, dance, and performance actions. Generated animations load straight onto your MetaPerson avatar, and you can export them to FBX or GLB to use in your own projects.

Built for your pipeline

Move is designed to drop into existing production pipelines and works with the standard formats used across major 3D engines and content-creation tools. A dedicated Unity plugin is on the way to let developers generate and apply animations directly inside their projects.

Use it to power:

  • Game characters and NPCs that move naturally
  • Virtual worlds, social apps, and the metaverse
  • Training, education, and onboarding experiences
  • Marketing, virtual production, and immersive content
